Greetings, I have been using the internet for some time and I came across a facility to creat your own page. This is my first attempt at producing this type of work. Once, I have learned to create pages, I will update this with a better page. If you have any tips please email me. Many thanks, MC.... |

Colonel O'Neill, the commander of the original Stargate mission to Abydos, comes out of retirement to lead another mission to Abydos. When questioned about the existing of the Gate there he is compelled to confess that it wasn't destroyed as stated in his report. His assignment in the new formed SG teams is to defend Earth from possible hostile invasion from aliens such as Ra and to explore new worlds through the Stargate. Dr. Jackson joined the SG-1 Team on a voluntary basis in hopes of finding his wife (Sha're), abducted by the Goa'uld Apophis during O'Neill's return visit to Abydos. He holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology as well as a Ph.D. in Linguistics. Captain Carter, was brought on during the formation of SG-1. With her military background and scientific expertise, she serves as a cross between Dr. Jackson and Colonel O'Neill. Her assignment is to continue analysis of the Stargate technology, return materials, technologies and knowledge for further development. Teal'c is a special member of SG-1. Before joining as a member, he aided the SG-1 Team during their first mission to Chulak, where he is originally from. As a Jaffa he carries within him a Goa'uld larva, as do all Jaffa, which is located in an "X" shaped incision or pouch in the abdomen where a Goa'uld larvae, the infant form of a parasitic being, is placed in order to mature. This gives him incredible stamina and a greater healing ability. On his forehead he has a tattoo or symbol designating him as a Goa'uld host. General Hammond serves as the commanding officer of the complex. His orders are to analyse the threat of alien races, defend Earth (the Complex) from possible hostile invasion, and to analyse any/all technologies recovered for study and further development. With his extensive military experience has ensured great success for the SG teams on their various missions in their efforts to thwart the Goa'uld. Although, not an official member of the SG-1 team, Dr. Frasier's medical and scientific experience have proved a valuable asset on many of the missions carried out by SG-1. Her assistance has saved the lives of the SG members on several occasions. | |||||||||||||||||
